How much Protelicious® whey protein for best results?

Most health professionals recommend approximately 1 gram of protein per kg of body weight.  Below is a table which details suggested daily amounts of Protelicious® whey protein.

13 -17 kg (5 to 7 years)

5 mls/ day   or 1 teaspoon

18 -24 kg (8 to 10 years)

10mls/ day or 2 teaspoons

 25 -34 kg (11 to 13 years)

 33- 45 kg  (13 to 15 years)

20 mls/day   or 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon

60 plus (anti-aging benefits)

After 60 protein requirements can increase due to decreased absorption, increased needs and reduced muscle mass. Suggest 2 scoops or 50 grams depending on current dietary intake.

Recommendation to increase protein by 25 grams daily. Protelicious is a food, but please check with your health care specialist.


Children younger than 5 can use this product but recommended to see health care specialist for exact amounts.
